About Local Honey Apiary

Welcome

We are a husband-and-wife team who have been beekeepers since 2010. We are located in Mansfield, Ohio and proudly serve North-Central Ohio. We are a home-based business and kindly ask that you text prior to coming.

We pride ourselves by practicing sustainable beekeeping using organic methods.

Our goals are to help improve the health, survival, and improve the honeybee population.

CRYSTALIZED HONEY

All raw honey will crystalize in time and is completely natural and safe to eat. Crystallization natural process that happens when something contains high sugar content, such as honey.

To decrystallize honey simply reheat under low heat. We recommend laying it on a heating pad and rotating the bottle periodically.

When applicable, Overwintered Hives are inspected for health by the inspector prior to pick up.
